Batdorf & Bronson Coffee Roasting Facility. This facility was constructed for the office headquarters and the main roasting facility for a major northwest "specialty" coffee roaster. The owners required a unique architectural statement celebrating their quality products and the functionality needed for the roasting, storage and handling of the products. A combination of woods, Butler siding, and prefabricated concrete wall panels assured the facility a unique appearance. The MR24 roof system provided the peace of mind needed to assure the coffee beans stay dry.
 
 
Auburn Volkswagen Auto Dealership. This dealership presented unique architectural and structural considerations to meet all of corporate Volkswagen's and the dealership Owner's requirements. The Butler structural system was designed to save over $50,000 in site and foundation costs and meet very tough "stiffness" criteria for the building to assure that the glass storefront did not crack. This structural system combined with the energy efficiency and longevity of the Butler MR24 roof system with make this dealership a landmark on Auburn's auto row for many years to come.

Auburn Subaru Auto Dealership. This dealership takes advantage of the low maintenance-long life of the Butler MR24 roof system and the building systems engineering that saved thousands of dollars in design costs and speeded up construction. The dealership frontage is finished in steel studs, glass, masonry and an EIFS system to achieve the look that hallmarks all new Subaru dealerships.
 
 
Frito Lay's Distribution Warehouse. Frito Lay asked us to Design-Build a facility for Lease Back in Kennewick, Wa. The 8,000 sq. ft. warehouse combined with loading docks for semi trailers and delivery trucks, and a 1500 sq. ft. office was designed and constructed in six months. Butler's MR24 roof system was used to retain the value of the facility without worrying about roof maintenance.

Bremerton Ice Arena. This state of the art 40,000 sq. ft. ice arena features a solid interior metal ceiling, 4" of rigid isocyanurate foam insulation in both walls and roof for maximum building insulation, Butler'ls MR-24 roof system and Kynar coated wall sheeting throughout. This facility sets the standard for energy efficiency and longevity for the new generation of ice arenas in the northwestern US.
 
 
Lloyds Transmission and Engine Repair Facility This 7,000 sq. ft. facility, in downtown Olympia, features a solid masonry front wall and concrete tilt up side and rear walls in addition to a special floating structural floor designed for the poor soil conditions of the Port of Olympia area. The solid walls, structural floor and a Butlerrib II roof will make this facility functional and attractive for years to come.

Familian Northwest's Showroom/Distribution Warehouse. This 20,000 square foot facility features 7" thick solid concrete walls combined with Butler's MR-24 roof system for 20+ years of low maintenance weathertightness.
 
 
Tumwater Printing's Office/Printing Facility. This facility, originally developed as an 8,000 square foot footprint, was recently expanded to 12,000 square feet. Easy expandability, long term weathertightness, and a unique look were all design considerations for this project.

Motor Boat Mart's Boat Sales/Servicing Facility. This 12,000 square foot facility includes special need craneways and hoists for lifting and servicing boats. The entry canopy design incorporates a pointed facia and concrete column to entice the customer with visions of their new boat tied to a dock somewhere in the idyllic Puget Sound.
 
 
RSS Management's Distribution Warehouse. This 40,000 square foot facility features 27' high 8" thick solid concrete walls, and Butler's "Delta Joist" structural roof system. This system features minimal interior columns (column grids 60'x50') and the 20 year warranted MR-24 roof system.

Westport Shipyard's Paint Spray Booth. This 6,000 square foot facility features 45' high walls, 20'x40' rolling doors, and an interior designed for complete dust control while finish coating 100' long and 35' tall multimillion-dollar yachts. With it's ocean-front location facing the worst storms the Pacific has to offer, the Butler MR-24 roof is performing beautifully, with no callbacks since construction five years ago.
 
 
J&I Power Equipment's Stihl/Honda Showroom/Service Facility. This facility demonstrates our commitment to utilize materials best suited to a building's use. Heavy beam trusses and heavy solid wood columns were incorporated into the 3000 square foot showroom area to promote the products being sold. The 15,000 square foot service area/warehouse was constructed with 7" thick solid concrete walls and Butler's MR-24 roof to maximize security and minimize long term maintenance costs.

World Wide Mover's Moving and Storage Facility. This 27,000 square foot facility features a Butler metal building system with 27' high ButlerRib color-coated walls (20+ years of low maintenance and zero repainting) and the MR-24 roof. The 100' wide building contains no interior columns, providing complete flexibility for materials handling and storage. The 5,000 square foot office, with its architectural metal roof, will look new for many years to come.
 
 
U.S. Postal Service Processing Center. . This 80,000 square foot facility features 40' bar joist bays to reduce interior columns, Butler's MR-24 roof system for 20+ years of low maintenance weathertightness, and a 90 day erection schedule in the dead of winter.

Kompan Manufacturing Plant. This 24,000 square foot facility was designed to show off the client's Big Toys products. The MR-24 roof system has kept their production hassle-free.
 
 
Brazel Automotive. This 8,000 square foot facility features high walls for motor home and rv repairs, a Kynar-coated MR-24 roof system for long term beauty with minimal aging of the blue color, and an office that was seamlessly added two years after original construction of the main repair building.

Motors and Controls Distribution Warehouse. This 12,000 square foot tilt-up building featured specially cast concrete wall panels to create relief lines, breaking up the look of a monolithic tilt-up wall system. Butler's MR-24 roof system assured maximum trouble free building life.
